The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine has redistributed unused volumes of the quota for poultry meat exports to the European Union countries in 2025. This is an additional 1,084.7 tons that were reserved but not used within the established annual volume.

The distribution was carried out in accordance with the government resolution on licensing the export and import of certain goods and approving quotas for the current year. According to the document, supplies of poultry meat — including chicken, duck, goose, turkey, guinea fowl meat and processed products — to the EU are subject to quotas and mandatory licensing.

The reserve balance of over 1,000 tons was distributed among Ukrainian exporters based on their actual export figures to the EU for the first quarter of 2025. This approach ensured proportionality and took into account the business activity of each enterprise.

PrJSC "Myronivska Ptakhovabrak" received the largest share of the quota - 576.73 tons, which is more than half of the total distribution. LLC "Vinnytska Ptakhovabrak" received 374.35 tons. These two large producers remain key exporters of Ukrainian chicken to the EU.

Other enterprises also received their shares: LLC "Ptakhokompleks "Dniprovsky" - 100.91 tons, LLC "Agro-Oven" - 10.94 tons, farm "Ular" - 10.63 tons. Smaller volumes also went to LLC "Riverside Group" (5.76 tons) and LLC "Agrol" (5.38 tons).

This redistribution avoids the loss of export potential due to unused quotas, and also contributes to a more efficient use of resources in conditions of fierce competition on the EU market. The Ministry emphasizes the importance of transparency in the distribution procedure and supporting stable exports of agricultural products abroad.
