An elevator with a capacity of 22,000 tons is under construction on the border with Poland and will be ready for operation in the near future. Agrosem LLC has received €1 million from Raiffeisen Bank for a five-year term to finance this project. This was reported by the bank's press service.

The new facility, located on the territory of the company's own MOST Logistic Terminal on the border with Poland, is expected to be commissioned by the end of 2024. Oleksandra Prokhorchuk, Director of Raiffeisen Bank's Management Department, noted that this project is of great importance for the development of the agricultural sector.

According to Vasyl Shalyha, Deputy Director of Agrosem LLC, this project is part of the company's joint work with Raiffeisen. He added that logistics projects such as this one will contribute to the development of the Ukrainian agro-industrial complex and help establish alternative logistics routes.

The elevator under construction uses green technologies. LED lighting and energy-efficient heating and ventilation systems have already been installed. Work has also begun on the installation of additional equipment to reduce the emission of dust and suspended solids into the air.

It is also planned to introduce a wastewater collection and treatment system, as well as to conduct regular monitoring of pollutant emissions to air and soil quality.
