The loading of the last two bulkers with grain for Egypt is nearing completion in the port of Odesa, after which there will be no more fleet for loading in the port of Chornomorsk. This is reported by the Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure.

Since the beginning of July, 6 vessels with a total of 215,000 tons of agricultural products have left the Black Sea ports of Ukraine. The last ships with agricultural products were sent to China and Tunisia last week. It is worth noting that the Port of Pivdenny has not been working for more than 2 months due to the actions of the Russian side, which blocks all ships going to this port.

Since June 26, the Russians have refused to carry out inspections of vessels heading to Ukrainian ports for loading. As a result, 29 ships that were supposed to deliver more than 1.4 million tons of agricultural products to Asian and African countries are now blocked in Turkish territorial waters.

Oleksandr Kubrakov, the Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine and the Minister of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure, noted that the Grain Corridor has been practically inactive for the past few months. At the same time, he called on the world to adhere to international maritime law and ensure free commercial shipping. Ukraine is obliged to fulfill its obligations, which were accepted during the signing of the grain agreement.

In the period from June 1 to July 10, 150 inspections of vessels were planned, but due to the refusal of the Russians to carry out inspections, only 70 inspections took place. The next inspection is scheduled for July 14, and currently only the inbound fleet remains in the inspection area. The situation with grain loading continues to be difficult due to the interference of the Russian side and restrictions on the free movement of vessels.
