This year, livestock farmers in Khmelnytsky region will receive significant assistance from the state - a reimbursement of UAH 4 million for purchased milking machines, agricultural machinery and equipment, as well as a subsidy for keeping heifers. The information was made public by the Department of Agricultural Development and Land Relations of the Khmelnytsky Regional State Administration on its Facebook page, presenting the results of this year's commissions on providing budget support to business entities under the Program for the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Region for 2023-2027.
As a result of the commission meetings, 51 applications were considered, including:
16 applications for partial compensation of the cost of milking machines;
5 applications for partial compensation of the cost of agricultural machinery and equipment;
30 applications for subsidies for keeping heifers aged 12 to 18 months.
"The Commission has decided to reimburse 50% of the cost of the purchased installations and equipment, but not more than UAH 150 thousand per business entity, and to allocate UAH 3 thousand for each heifer aged 12 to 18 months. The total amount of reimbursement amounted to UAH 657.1 thousand," the regional administration emphasized.
