ARMA sold over 100 wagons of seized fertilizers worth 90 million hryvnias

The Agency for Tracing and Asset Management (ARMA) reported on the successful sale of seized fertilizers worth a total of 90 million hryvnias. This was made possible by the sale of over 100 wagons of chemical fertilizers that were seized as part of the fight against illegal operations in the agricultural sector market. Such an operation was an important step in the fight against violations of the law and ensuring compensation for damage from illegal activities.

The process of selling fertilizers began after it was established that these goods were obtained through violations of the law, in particular through tax evasion. After conducting the necessary investigative actions, the fertilizers were transferred to the balance of ARMA, which acted as the body managing such assets until their further sale.

During the sale of fertilizers, ARMA used open bidding, which ensured maximum transparency of the process. All necessary measures were identified to ensure competitive conditions and prevent any abuse. Selling chemical fertilizers on the open market allowed attracting a variety of buyers, including agricultural enterprises, which ensured a proper price for the products.

In total, more than 100 wagons of fertilizers were put up for auction, which make up a significant part of the agricultural chemical market. Various types of fertilizers, including mineral and complex, found their buyers among companies operating in Ukraine. All transactions were concluded in accordance with current legislation, which guaranteed the legality and transparency of transactions.

The total sale amount was over 90 million hryvnias, which is a significant financial revenue for the state budget. An important part of this process was ensuring the effective use of funds received from the sale of seized assets to compensate for state expenses and ensure justice in the fight against economic crime.

This operation emphasizes the importance of ARMA's work in the context of managing assets obtained as a result of criminal offenses. It demonstrates the effectiveness of measures aimed at restoring legality and economic stability in the country. In addition, such a process allows reducing pressure on the market and creates conditions for the development of transparent business operations in the agricultural sector.
