Poultry growth forecast in Ukraine

In Ukraine, there is a positive trend in the development of poultry farming. According to the latest data, the industry has every chance of significant growth in the coming years. Support from the state and growing demand for chicken meat and eggs contribute to this process.

Experts note that the production of chicken meat in Ukraine has already reached record levels. In 2023, production is expected to exceed 1.8 million tons. This growth became possible thanks to the introduction of new technologies in poultry farming and the modernization of production facilities.

In addition, Ukrainian manufacturers have the opportunity to export products to international markets. Growing interest from European and Asian countries opens new horizons for Ukrainian poultry farmers. The governments of these countries are interested in importing high-quality meat and eggs, which can significantly increase the profits of local producers.

Infrastructure development is no less important. New poultry farms that meet modern requirements are appearing in Ukraine. This not only allows to increase production volumes, but also increases the quality of products, which, in turn, contributes to the growth of consumer confidence.

But despite the positive trends, the industry still faces certain challenges. An increase in the prices of feed, energy and other resources can negatively affect the profitability of production. It is important that government policy is aimed at supporting poultry farmers in solving these problems.

In general, Ukrainian poultry farming has prospects for growth and development. Given the high demand for products, government support and the introduction of new technologies, the industry can become an important sector of the country's economy.
