Agribusiness expresses indignation and calls for finalization of the draft law on the criminalization of smuggling of goods

Agribusiness in Ukraine is under a lot of pressure due to uncertainties related to the draft law on the criminalization of goods smuggling. According to the latest news, representatives of the industry have expressed indignation and are calling for a serious revision of this legislative act.

Currently, there is a lack of clear definition of exactly what will be considered contraband in the context of agribusiness. This creates serious difficulties for agricultural enterprises, which are already affected by economic difficulties and high risks.
