New rules for exporting agricultural products: Ukraine has identified 735 verified exporters
The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine is actively working on improving the system of export of agricultural products. According to the announcement of the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Mykola Solsky, 735 agricultural enterprises are currently included in the list of verified exporters. This is an important step for the stability and development of the agro-industrial sector.
Now all those interested can find a complete list of verified enterprises, as well as the text of the orders on the official website of the ministry. This promotes transparency and openness in the selection process of exporters, making available all necessary data for analysis and verification.
From November 11, the export of some types of agricultural products will begin according to the new rules. Such a step indicates the real implementation of the new resolution adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which provides for the creation of a list of verified subjects of the agro-industrial complex.
According to the first deputy minister of agrarian policy, Taras Vysotskyi, since November 6, more than a thousand applications have been submitted from farmers who want to be included in this list. All applications are processed promptly, which indicates great interest and activity of market participants.
On October 31, 2023, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the Resolution "On the implementation of an experimental project on the verification of entities of the agro-industrial complex under martial law", according to which a list of verified entities of the agro-industrial complex that export goods will be formed in Ukraine. In particular, grain, oil and processed products.
One of the key goals of these new rules is to avoid abuses and violations of the law during the export of agricultural products. This creates the basis for a stable and fair functioning of the market, as well as the protection of the rights of agricultural entrepreneurs who comply with the export legislation.
The process of submitting applications for inclusion in the list of verified exporters continues, and this is an important stage for Ukrainian agro-entrepreneurs focused on foreign markets. This indicates a strategic approach to the development of Ukraine's export potential in the agricultural sector and its adaptation to modern market requirements
