Vinnytsia region, recognized as one of Ukraine's leading agricultural regions, boasts impressive results in sugar beet production this year. According to the Vinnytsia Regional Administration, the region's agricultural producers have successfully completed the sugar beet harvesting season on an area of 30 thousand hectares, which is an impressive 54% of the total area under this crop.

Throughout this year, Vinnytsia region farmers planted sugar beet and took care of it to get a high-quality and productive product. An incredible 1.4 million tons of sugar beet were harvested, with an average yield of 464.5 centners per hectare. Although this figure is slightly behind last year's record yield of 487.4 centners per hectare, it is still an impressive result.

Sugar beet harvesting is an important event for the agricultural sector in Vinnytsia region, as this type of agricultural product is an important resource for sugar production. As a result of the harvest, Vinnytsia region sugar factories processed more than 702 thousand tons of raw sugar, and the result of this work was the production of an impressive 100 thousand tons of sugar.

Such a huge sugar beet harvest and sugar production will greatly contribute to the stability of the region's agricultural sector and will also add weight to the region's economy. Given the high quality of sugar beet and the efficiency of its processing, the agricultural sector of Vinnytsia region continues to surprise with its achievements.
