On April 10, three successful auctions for the transfer of land plots for sublease in the Kharkiv region were held in the Prozorro.Sales system. According to the results of the auctions, the total amount of winning bids amounted to 2.7 million hryvnias. Taking into account the value added tax, the revenue from the auctions exceeded 3.3 million hryvnias.

The press service of the Land Bank reported on the results of the auctions. It is noted that all the lots offered for sublease are located in the Kharkiv region, and the total area of ​​​​these lands was 133.45 hectares. The auctions aroused considerable interest among potential tenants, which contributed to the increase in prices several times.

12 applicants took part in the auctions, which allowed creating healthy competition between participants. The starting total cost of all land plots was 658,665 hryvnias, but already during the auctions, the rates increased more than four times, which indicates a high demand for agricultural land lease in the region.

On average, one hectare of land according to the auction results was estimated at 20,653 hryvnias. This level of value confirms that land resources in the Kharkiv region have a consistently high investment attractiveness even in conditions of martial law and economic instability.

The auction organizers note that the effectiveness of the Prozorro.Sales system lies in the transparency of procedures, wide access for all interested participants and the possibility of a real increase in the value of objects due to open competition. This approach ensures maximum revenues to local budgets and the state fund.

Land lease auctions remain an important tool for filling the budget and attracting investments in agriculture. It is expected that such auctions will become regular, and thanks to the activity of the participants, the state will be able to manage its land fund more effectively.
