A price record was set at the auction in the Prozorro.Sale system for sublease of agricultural land. During the auction for a plot in Kirovohrad region, the starting price increased by 5.5 times - from UAH 13.6 million to UAH 75.4 million per year. This is the highest result at land auctions since their launch in 2021.

The auction was organized by LLC "State Land Bank". 7 applicants took part in the auction, who actively competed for the right to lease, which led to a significant increase in the final cost of the contract.

The land plot that was the subject of the auction has an area of ​​​​about 4,000 hectares. The terms of the auction provide for its transfer to sublease for a period of 14 years. The winner of the auction will receive 20 working days to execute the agreement and pay the sublease fee.

Financial proceeds from this agreement will be distributed as follows: 90% of the funds will be directed to the state budget, and the remaining 10% to the local budget.

Land market experts note that such a high interest in sublease may indicate increased competition in the agricultural sector, as well as the high investment attractiveness of Ukrainian black soils. Successful auctions in the Kirovohrad region confirm the effectiveness of electronic auctions, which contribute to the transparent distribution of land resources and budget replenishment.
