Ukraine has taken an important step in the direction of effective use of state agricultural land. "State Land Bank" LLC concluded the first sublease contracts with the auction winners, thanks to which the budget was replenished by UAH 21.9 million (including VAT). These agreements were the result of transparent bidding and mark a new era in the use of public lands.

According to the information provided by the "Land Bank", the rent for six plots of land amounted to an average of 40.7 thousand hryvnias per hectare, including VAT. This significantly exceeds the average indicators of previous years and demonstrates the growing interest in transparent leasing of state lands.

These auctions made it possible to bring 539 hectares of land out of the shadows, which will now officially be used by farmers. The tenants received all the necessary documents, which gives them the right to start cultivating the land and plan agricultural activities for the next 14 years. Such a long-term lease provides stability for farmers and allows for the creation of long-term development projects.

In addition to direct economic benefits, the new contracts will create opportunities for rural job creation and promote more efficient land use. It will also improve the ecological condition of the regions where these sites will be used.

The launch of "Land Bank" has already received favorable reviews from market participants. Oleksandr Litvinchuk, a representative of the Nadiya agricultural holding company, which became one of the winners of the bidding, emphasized the importance of the innovation. He noted that this will not only improve rental conditions, but will also affect the market value of land plots in the future.

Thus, the first results of the "Land Bank" activity are an important step on the way to more efficient and transparent use of state agricultural lands. It can also become an incentive for further reforms in the field of land relations in Ukraine.
