The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine praised bill No. 11150, which protects the interests of owners of land shares, extending the term for registration of unclaimed land plots until 1 June 2028. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.

According to the ministry, a significant part of the owners of land plots could not claim their legal right to register shares through various transfers. In connection with this, a decision was made to extend the term in order to ensure the restoration of the constitutional rights of shareholders.

The main purpose of the bill is to eliminate inconveniences and simplify procedures for submitting records to the State Land Cadastre. In accordance with the new regulations, certified earthing engineers will continue to carry out work from entering data to the cadastre until 2026.

Representatives of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy also noted the need for greater nutrition for subjects who have the right to conduct land management and assessment of land plots. This conveys a clarification of legal norms and the elimination of any legal inconveniences that may arise from the process of new legislation.

Extending the term for registration of unclaimed shares until 2028 is an important deadline for ensuring legal stability in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. We also accept the reduction of minds about the power of land shares and the assistance of changing the legal framework for their rulers.
