Exports of soybeans in July may reach a record

The export of soybeans from Ukraine in July 2024 may set a new record. Forecasts indicate that the volume of exports of this crop will increase significantly compared to previous months. According to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, soybean exports are expected to exceed 500,000 tons in July.

This growth in exports is the result of a significant increase in soybean yields this year. According to forecasts of agronomists, the average soybean yield in the fields of Ukraine may increase by 15% compared to last year. This increase in yield is due to favorable weather conditions and the introduction of new cultivation technologies.

In addition, the increase in the area of ​​soybean crops plays a significant role in this process. In 2024, the area of ​​this crop in Ukraine increased by 10% compared to the previous year. This enables farmers to obtain larger volumes of products and meet the growing demand for soy products both on the domestic and international markets.

It is worth noting that the main importers of Ukrainian soybeans are the countries of the European Union and China. Both of these markets demonstrate stable demand for Ukrainian soy products, which contributes to the growth of export volumes. European countries are particularly interested in soybeans for animal feed, while China uses soybean products for food.

Exports of soybeans in July may also be supported by new agreements and contracts with international partners. Ukrainian farmers are actively working on expanding their sales markets and concluding new trade agreements, which can further strengthen the positive trend in exports.

Thus, July soybean export figures may become the highest in the history of Ukraine, highlighting the success of Ukrainian farmers and their contribution to the global agricultural market.
