Taras Vysotsky, Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, said in a telethon that those who caused the damage to Ukrainian grain that was spilled by Polish farmers from wagons onto the tracks should be held responsible.

"The one who caused the damage must compensate for it," Vysotsky emphasized. "This can be resolved through court procedures or voluntarily. We expect the case to be brought to court as soon as possible, a fair decision and full compensation for the damage."

According to Mr. Wysocki, criminal proceedings have already been initiated in Poland regarding these incidents.
