Despite a slight increase in prices for Ukrainian soybeans, they continue to remain the cheapest in the world, opening up new opportunities for exports and increasing sales in the coming months. This assessment was made by analysts at Spike Brokers.

According to brokers, Ukrainian soybean quotes on CIF terms were $415–420 per ton CPT seaports. Despite the price increase, caution is observed in supply and demand on the domestic market, which restrains a significant increase in prices.

On the western border of Ukraine, soybean prices are also growing, and European buyers are willing to pay more, especially for products with guaranteed EUDR compliance, which confirms compliance with EU standards for sustainable production.

European demand is currently focused on deliveries from January 2026, which creates additional prospects for Ukrainian exporters. Prices at the border for European buyers are hovering around €380 per tonne.

The spot price index for GMO soybeans for delivery within 30 days rose by another $6 excluding VAT, to $405 per tonne. The price index for GMO soybeans for processing rose by $4 to $444 per tonne including VAT. At the same time, the premium for non-GMO soybeans remains stable at $45 per tonne.

Analysts note that the low base price of Ukrainian soybeans compared to other world markets maintains its competitiveness and encourages European importers to purchase the product more actively, which may contribute to further strengthening Ukraine's position in the world oilseeds market.
