The Ukrainian grain market is showing a further increase in prices against the backdrop of active demand and limited supply. According to the analytical agency APK-Inform, as of November 7, 2025, prices for food wheat of grades 2–3 fluctuate mainly within the range of 9600–10800 UAH/t CPT, while feed corn has risen in price to 8700–9800 UAH/t CPT.
Over the past week, the cost of wheat has continued to grow. In particular, prices for grain of the 2nd grade rose to 9800–10800 UAH/t, and for grain of the 3rd grade - to 9600–10600 UAH/t. Thus, the average increase was 100–200 UAH/t compared to the previous week. The main factors stimulating this growth remain stable demand from processing enterprises and limited grain supply from farmers who are in no hurry to sell the remaining harvest.
Experts note that the situation on the domestic wheat market is being shaped by both seasonal factors and the external environment. Trader activity is increasing ahead of an increase in export rates, which creates additional pressure on prices. At the same time, agricultural producers are holding back sales, expecting a further increase in grain prices.
A clear upward trend is also being recorded on the corn market. Over the week, demand prices for feed corn increased by 100–200 UAH/t, which is explained not only by high interest from buyers, but also by delays in harvesting due to rains in certain regions of Ukraine. Weather conditions slowed down the pace of grain entering the market, creating a temporary supply deficit.
An additional factor supporting prices is the positive dynamics of exports. Ukrainian corn remains in demand on foreign markets, and logistical difficulties — in particular, increased transportation costs and shipping queues — only exacerbate the effect of rising costs.
Thus, the current market situation indicates the continuation of the upward price trend for both key grain crops — wheat and corn. Analysts expect that in the short term, demand will remain high and supply will be limited, which will continue to keep prices on the domestic market of Ukraine at an elevated level.
