Chernivtsi region: creation of an industrial park for agro-processing and ecological energy

In Chernivtsi region, it is planned to create an industrial park that will specialize in the processing of oilseeds and agricultural products. The park will be located in the Dniester district, which will provide convenient access to logistics routes and contribute to the development of the local economy.

The idea of ​​implementing this project was recently discussed at a meeting organized by the Chernivtsi regional military administration. The participants were Roman Hreba, deputy head of the OVA, representatives of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, local businessmen and international partners. The discussion concerned the strategic directions of the development of the industrial park and its potential impact on the economy of the region.

The main activity of the industrial park will be the processing of oilseeds, which will include the production of oil for biodiesel and meal for animal feed. It is planned to export products to EU countries, which opens up significant opportunities for international trade. In addition, a number of other production facilities will be built in the industrial park.

In particular, it is planned to produce corn flour with a capacity of 100 tons per day, as well as process wheat with a capacity of 30 tons per day for the production of wheat flour. In addition, the project will create an elevator with a capacity of 20 thousand tons of simultaneous storage, which will ensure reliable storage of raw materials for its own production.

An important aspect of the project will be ecological energy. To meet the energy needs of the facilities, it is planned to build a bio-thermal power plant that will operate on production waste, which will reduce the carbon footprint and reduce operating costs. This approach is part of the overall strategy for environmental protection and sustainable development of the region.

In addition, the park will create logistics infrastructure and warehouses, which will ensure efficient delivery of raw materials and finished products, as well as promote business development in the region. It is expected that the industrial park will be an important step in the modernization of the agro-processing industry and increasing its competitiveness in the international market.
