Ukraine Strengthens Positions in the Global Berry Market

Ukraine has taken a significant step in the development of its berry sector – the Association “Berry Growing of Ukraine” has officially become a member of the International Blueberry Organization (IBO). This is an important achievement not only for Ukrainian blueberry producers, but also for the entire agricultural sector of the country. Thanks to this, Ukraine receives official representation in the global berry arena, which will contribute to the expansion of exports and the promotion of domestic products on international markets.

Membership in IBO provides Ukraine with a number of strategic advantages. Domestic producers will gain access to detailed analytics of the global market, will be able to exchange experience with leading industry players and expand international cooperation. In addition, new opportunities for export are opening up, which is especially important in conditions of increased competition at the global level.

Joining IBO became possible thanks to the active participation of Ukrainian companies in the **Fruit Logistica 2025** exhibition, which took place in Berlin. It was at this international platform that Ukrainian blueberries once again confirmed their high quality, arousing significant interest among foreign partners.

Ukraine has already established itself as a promising supplier of blueberries. Increased attention to Ukrainian berries from international traders indicates growing demand for our products and recognition of their competitiveness at the global level.

Membership in IBO means new challenges and prospects for Ukrainian producers. This will allow expanding opportunities for negotiations, concluding new contracts and consolidating positions in key markets.
