The pace of land auctions declined

During the week from November 11 to November 15, 25 auctions with a total amount of transactions of UAH 27.2 million were conducted as part of the project "Land Bank". In addition to this amount, the winners have to pay UAH 5.4 million in value added tax (VAT). This was reported by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and the State Property Fund.

The auction offered the rights of sublease of state lands in five regions: Kirovograd, Transcarpathian, Khmelnitsky, Kyiv and Zhytomyr. The total area of ​​the exposed plots was 1246.7 hectares, and a lot of applications were received at 150 proposals.

The largest excitement caused a plot of 179 hectares in the Kiev region. 13 participants took part in the auction for the right of her sublease. As a result, the price of this land has increased 12.9 times - from the initial rate to UAH 6.8 million. Thus, the cost of one hectare was 38 thousand UAH.

Upon completion of auctions and conclusion of sublease contracts, the winners will receive the right to use land for 14 years. In accordance with the terms of agreements, annual payments will be received both in the state and local budgets, facilitating the financing of regional needs.

However, this week was much less active than the previous one (November 4-8). Then the state was able to receive 4.5 times more income from rent - UAH 122.5 million excluding VAT, which amounted to an additional UAH 24.5 million. A total of 45 auctions were held, which participated in 385 proposals. The area of ​​the exposed areas was 4534 hectares, and the average sub -rate on individual lots increased 8 times from the initial.

Reducing auction activity in the second week of November indicates a gradual decrease in the intensity of demand. However, conducting bidding through the "Prozorro. sale" system remains an important tool for efficient management of public lands, ensuring that budget filling and attracting investments in agriculture.
