Last week, the State Property Fund successfully held an auction for the privatization of the state-owned Trilisky Distillery, which has not been operating since 2010. The auction resulted in a bid of UAH 6,553.44, which is only 1% of the initial cost. This was reported on the Prozorro.Sale website.

Trilisky distillery is located in Fastiv district of Kyiv region. The main value of this property complex lies in production, warehouse and administrative premises and facilities with a total area of 13,222 square meters. It is located on a land plot of 105 hectares, 71 km from the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv.

It should be noted that the company also owns production equipment, which has not been used for a long period of time due to the cessation of alcohol production since 2010.

The sale of Trilisky distillery was conducted through a hybrid Dutch auction, where the price was reduced with each stage. The only participant in the auction was Olena Dubina, who offered UAH 6,553 for the company.

This event was one of the important steps in Ukraine's privatization process and reflects the country's attempts to attract investors and utilize unused resources for economic development.
