A plant for deep processing of corn is planned to be built in Burshtyn, Ivano-Frankivsk region of Ukraine. The news became known through a post on the official Facebook page of the Burshtyn City Council, ProAgro Group reports.
The corn deep processing project involves several stages of production, including cleaning, drying, storage of grain, and production of lactic acid, which will be further processed into organic polymers.
To ensure the proper functioning of this enterprise, it is planned to build an elevator for storing raw materials, as well as engineering and auxiliary facilities, including a boiler house, a transformer substation, fire tanks and a fire station, as well as wastewater treatment facilities.
An important aspect of the project is the use of environmentally friendly and energy-saving technologies. The estimated construction period of the plant is 2-3 years.
It is planned that the completion of the construction and commissioning of the plant will create additional opportunities for the development of the agricultural sector in the region and will contribute to the creation of new jobs in Burshtyn.
