As part of the government's eRobota grant program aimed at supporting small and medium-sized businesses in agriculture, payments to farmers continue to be made. As of today, five more agricultural enterprises from different regions of Ukraine (Khmelnytsky, Zhytomyr, Ivano-Frankivsk, Volyn, and Kyiv) have received UAH 15.8 million from the state to develop gardens and greenhouses, the ProAgro Group news resource reports, citing the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.
In the first half of this year, 91 program participants received over UAH 343 million. This amount was distributed as follows: UAH 277 million for the Svoi Sad project and UAH 66.3 million for Svoi Teplytsia. This year, 66 agricultural enterprises received the full amount of grants.
In total, the program, which has already supported 100 farms, has provided UAH 392 million in funding over the course of the program's lifetime. Of these, 85 farms focused on the development of horticulture, berry growing and viticulture, and 15 received grants to equip greenhouse complexes.
This program is aimed at supporting the development of agricultural enterprises, enabling them to expand their activities in the areas of horticulture, berry and grape growing. The initiative is one of the important steps in promoting agricultural development in Ukraine and supporting small and medium-sized businesses in this sector.
